If you've purchased an XtraCover Refurbished Warranty—either bundled with your device or as a separate product—from Amazon, Flipkart or any other online marketplace, you'll receive a confirmation email from the platform.
This email includes:
• A link to register your warranty: https://warranty.xtracover.com/register
• A unique license code
Steps to complete registration:
• Click the registration link in the email.
• Enter the license code and click Submit.
• Provide your name, mobile number, and email ID for OTP verification.
• Fill in all required details including device brand, IMEI or serial number, address, and plan type.
• Click Submit to complete the process.
Once registered, you will receive a digitally signed certificate confirming that your device is now covered under XtraCover's Refurbished Warranty.
If you purchased your device through a direct seller or XtraCover partner (B2B/B2C/B2R/D2C), you don't need to self-register.
You only need to provide your name, mobile number, email ID, and address to the seller.
Our team will register the warranty on your behalf.
Once done, you will receive your digital certificate via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

You may be asked to share your invoice and other supporting documents for verification.
• Inform us of the issue within 2 working days of occurrence.
• Call us on 88-6039-6039 or email contactus@xtracover.com to register a complaint.
• If your warranty hasn't been activated, please complete the registration first.
• Once your request is logged, you'll receive a Ticket ID via SMS or call.
• Our team may ask you to follow some troubleshooting steps before moving forward.
General Terms
• The warranty is applicable only on devices purchased from authorised refurbished sellers of XtraCover, within India.
• Services are available Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding public holidays.
• For non-serviceable locations, we may offer a plan fee refund or request that you visit a brand-authorized service centre. Approved claims will be reimbursed after document verification.
• Before pickup, customers must share clear front, back, and side images of the device and ensure safe packaging.
• If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the necessary electronic parts to restore device functionality.
• If the issue is not covered or falls under exclusions, repair charges (including parts, labour, logistics) will be borne by the customer.
• Replaced parts will be retained by XtraCover.
• Repairs will be made using new or equivalent quality parts.
• In case of a total loss, 90% of the device’s invoice value will be refunded (minus prior service costs). The damaged device will be collected by XtraCover.
• Once a total loss or refund is processed, the warranty ends.
• Standby devices are provided only in select cities and device categories, subject to availability.
• Legal jurisdiction will be under the courts of New Delhi, India.
• XtraCover reserves all rights related to service decisions, plan eligibility, and refund terms.
Exclusions
• The following are not covered under this warranty plan:
• Issues not originally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Devices without valid proof of purchase.
• Accessories (remotes, chargers, batteries, cables) or consumables.
• Battery issues or software-related complaints.
• Liquid, fire, or physical damage (including cracked screens, broken hinges, or burnt components).
• Damages from voltage fluctuations or power surges.
• Any modification or repairs done by unauthorized service centres.
• Theft, natural calamities, misuse, negligence, or acts of God.
• Claims found to be fraudulent or with false declarations.
• Use of non-authorised accessories.
• Functional damage due to viruses or improper software installations.
• Any indirect or incidental losses resulting from the device’s failure.
